The couture crown provides exchanges, credits to purchase other items and cash refunds with the following terms and condition as stated below. Please feel free to write in to us at yeah@thecouturecrown.com if you have any doubts or queries.

Exchanges (Credits to purchase other items or exchange the same item)

To be eligible for Exchanges:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused.
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 
  • Must inform us within 3 days from the date you receive the items.

Steps to do an exchange:

Step 1 – Email us at yeah@thecouturecrown.com with the following information:

  • Name
  • Contact Number
  • Mailing Address (Complete)
  • Order Number
  • Name of the Product
  • Reason for exchange/return

Step 2 – Mail back the item back to us. Do note that The Couture Crown will not pay for any shipping costs or any other related cost for returns.

Step 3 – Once we receive the item, we will do an exchange and send the item back to you. Do note that this process is depending the stock on hand. However we will send back to you within 30 working days.

For special case like items received is not up to your expectation. For example, the quality of our clothing. Please email directly to us at yeah@thecouturecrown.com and we will be glad to assist you.

Returns (Cash Refunds) 

We apologies if you have receive your items in faulty condition or the items do not match your order and we are unable to provide the initial product you would like to purchase.

To be eligible for Cash Refunds:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused.
  • The item you purchase we are unable to repair or provide you with the exact same product.
  • Must inform us within 3 days from the date you receive the items.

Steps to receive Cash Refunds:

Step 1 – Email us at yeah@thecouturecrown.com with the following information:

  • Name
  • Contact Number
  • Mailing Address (Complete)
  • Order Number
  • Name of the Product
  • Reason for exchange/return

Step 2 – You will receive an email from us that state whether we approve the cash refunds within 1-3 working days. We will include the procedure and details we need. For example, your account number.

Step 3 – Once approved, do send back the original item back to us. Do note that The Couture Crown will not pay for any shipping costs or any other related cost for returns. Credit will be issued for the original amount that was paid for the merchandise, excluding shipping fees.

For Example:

You purchase a skirt set at $23. Add normal mailing $4, the total cost will be $7. We will only be refunding $23 back to your account. In additional, you need to pay for your own mailing cost to mail back the item back to us.

Step 4 – Once we receive your return package, we will refund back to your account. You will receive a notification when we transfer back to you. Your refund will be processed within 5 business days. Please allow another 2 to 4 business days for the credit to post to your credit card account, and an additional 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your billing statement as each bank’s processing time varies.
